Some things I learned over the last few days:
According to a quick test, I have around 15% body fat. Normal range for my age/weight/height is 12-20%. Yay not being obese.
According to the same quick test, I have some pretty major problems with my neck. Nothing new there, but now I have 'scientific proof' and an appointment with a chiropracter for Tuesday for some tests and (hopefully) initial treatment.
No matter how much facts, reports, experience and common sense you give someone to explain why a feature they want isn't such a good idea, if they don't care, they just don't care.
