This is an interesting article from the CBC about video use on the Internet by age group. According to the article, almost 75% of teenagers (under the age of 18) have streamed video from the Internet, and spent, on average, one hour more per week watching video online as opposed to watching television. Ipsos suggests that this group represents a growing demand for online video content, and may represent a necessary shift away from the broadcast medium (or at least a drastic rethinking).
