I just found out the other day that I'll be presenting a paper at SDH/SEMI's portion of Congress 2007, the annual gathering of academic societies in Canada. The proposal looked at community blogging and how that helps to shape individual identity.

I'll be presenting some time between May 28th and 30th (the program has not yet been released) in glorious Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Since 6000 people are descending upon Saskatoon for Congress, we've already booked our room at the Hotel Senator. Our friend Stan is staying a couple of blocks away at the Delta Bessborough, but we decided it was far too much per night!

Of course, this also means I have to finish writing that chapter before the conference now...
