Word of the day:

fuckmonkery (n.) - the visible results of crack monkeys at work. Wow, those crack monkeys really engaged in some fuckmonkery when they build a wall overtop carpet and carpet strip.

We discovered this word while putting down baseboard in our basement this weekend, and came across the above scenario. At what point building a wall on top of carpet and carpet strip seems like a good idea, I'll never know. But never underestimate the fuckmonkery of the people who renovated our house before us!
