In about an hour, I'll be getting my first acupuncture treatment.
Eep.
Update: It went fine, though I honestly don't feel any different. I didn't get too freaked out by the needles, and for the most part it didn't hurt at all (there were a couple of pokey ones, but for the most part they went in without even a prick).

What did you get the treatment for?

I've been taking Gingko Biloba lately and I find it helps, especially with foggy brain syndrome.
-- Posted by >> Oorgo » Thursday, April 21, 2005 05:59 PMGinseng is also good for foggy brain and energy. I take both the North American Ginseng (white) and the Korean Ginseng (red). They have slightly dofferent properties to them that affect different areas. And St. John's Wort for mild to moderate down moods. I am glad that it is all going so well for you. I hear you with the jogging, I don't think I could ever motivate myself to do that. But I love biking and I am saving money to buy myself a new one so I can start again.
