Jason Fried has been making a lot of sense lately. Jason, along with his colleagues at 37 Signals, is right on the cutting edge of information architecture and design. They're who I'd like to be (or at least work for).

In the linked article, part of a 'Getting Real' series, he argues for smaller, leaner business in order to facilitate a more adaptive, flexible company. And I couldn't agree more. Go read it.
