Playing around with a new look

<< Film recommendation | Main | Peter Jennings Reports >>

Got tired of the old blog look, so I'm playing around with a new look. It's likely the URL of this blog is going to change in the next couple of weeks as well. Read more for an explanation of why I updated the look of the site, and what the heck this "oven" thing is.

Let me know what you think (and yes, I'm sure that things won't be HTML valid around here for a few days)!

OK, I lied. There's nothing here yet in the way of explanation. But I'll get to it real soon, promise!

Oven is a new web app I'm working on to run a commerce portal off of any website that supports PHP and MySQL. At the moment, it's quite basic, allowing you to track purchases and edit your inventory. It should grow over the next little while to allow you to start analyzing purchase trends, geographic data, etc. It's also a little visually sparse at the moment; I'd like to put it through a bit of a design overhaul to spruce it up a bit.,
