Don't quite know how to say how suicidal this is...
Schwarzenegger bans smoking in prisons.
Yes, smoking is bad for you, and yes, it will save lots of related health costs for the prison system... but he's just signed a bill taking away the adhoc currency of the prison world. And likely did it while chewing on a stogie.
Not to mention the fact that a prisoner riot is likely to occur once they hear about this.
