News of the weird that I'd normally put under the Edmonton Splendour category, but for one detail...
Not 2 minutes ago, I had a tech from our Foxboro office stop by the cube to meet me and say "Hi".
As I'm chatting with him, he says, "You know what your nickname in Foxboro is, don't you? It's 'The Darkness'. We give everyone in Foxboro nicknames. I was up here doing [job he's up here doing], and I couldn't head back without being able to tell everyone that I'd met 'The Darkness'."
I'm not sure whether to be flattered that I'm that well known in an office in Foxboro, South Carolina, confused that I had a nickname I knew nothing about, or both.

"The Darkness"? Isn't that a bit teen-angst-ish?
I could be "Misery Unfolded" :)
