In other news, we think we actually found the crack the crack monkeys who renovated our house before us smoked.
On Friday, I got a call from Kirsten saying that the fridge was making some really weird noises, and would I please come home and take a look at it. On the way back home, she'd already managed to pull the fridge a little ways away from the wall and start vaccuuming (which fixed the weird noises).
When I got home, I pulled the fridge out some more, so that she could get all the way behind.
And when she got behind the fridge, she found a clear plastic vial wedged between the back of the fridge and the coils. And what was in this vial? Some odd, pharmaceutical-smelling bluish 'crystals'. About 3 of them.
We're not certain that they're illicit material... but why else would they have been wedged behind the fridge, in a place where they wouldn't have just "fallen"?

Ahem, I umm... seem to have left some... ahhh... rock samples... yeah.. on your fridge, and they... uh... fell behind...

I read one of your comments about Remedy being the best vintage store in Edmonton. I also live in Edmonton, but I am new here. I've visited Divine which is a pretty nice store, but I do not know where Remedy is. I would greatly appreciate if you gave me some information about Remedy! My e-mail is q1n@hotmail.com. Thanks so much!!
