Overheard on "Trading Spouses" last night:
"I'd just as likely talk to the president as I would the garbage man... there's no difference between them to me."
I wonder if her interpretation of that statement is the same as mine?

Well, on one hand my opinion of politicians is pretty much "they are all the same, they all lie and I never see something happen for ME that I can say that it came from $current_elected_party".
HOWEVER.... the results of this particular politician ARE obviously having an impact on people with their rights and their safety abroad.
Of course, the average intelligence of the people on that show seems subterrainian. The black lady who is staying with the japanese family asked if there was a difference between the asian types.... vietnamese, chinese, japanese...
Uh huh.
Anyway, go Nader!
