Who can vote? It's an interesting question, considering the fraccas made about disqualified voters in the US in the 2000 election.
It may be more people than you think. Two people over the age of 18 in all of Canada are not allowed to vote: The Chief Electoral Officer and the Assistant Chief Electoral officer. All other Canadian citizens - even those serving life sentences in prison - are allowed to vote.
