Two weird things that have happened to me in the last little while:
1. Biking to work, a relatively clean cut 20ish guy waves me over as I'm riding towards him. I figure he wants to know the time, so I start biking over. When I get within earshot, he says, "I want to tell you that you don't have to be afraid any more." I bike off and say "Thanks" before he can introduce me to his cult.
2. Biking up Walterdale Hill on the way home from work, one of the people stuck in traffic bellows, "Where's the beef?"
I tell you, I couldn't make this stuff up.
