It turns out the RIAA is celebrating a great victory, after forcing her mother to settle for $2000.

The USA Patriot Act has officially obliterated privacy in the US, by allowing for "secret searches ... authorized by a secret court without public knowledge or Department of Justice accountability" and "Sneak and Peek" searches, which can be carried out without any notice.

Okay, well this girl is obviously a monster who needed to be stopped. I would also recommend some counselling and maybe tickets to a rock concert.
