So I can expect to pay 150 million dollars in fines for $1000 worth of "stolen" music, a third of which I have storebought cd copies of anyway. Well that seems fair. I don't believe there's a monetary fine for murdering anyone. Maybe that would be a more economical use of everyone's time, rather than downloading and enjoying music.
