crappy week.

<< what if... | Main | edmonton trails... >>

Thank God it's Friday.

I think I can honestly say this has been the worst week I've experienced in a long time.

It started off by being tired as hell (hiking hangover). On Tuesday, the bike Kirsten brought back for me from Abbotsford was stolen.

Yesterday, the 'backup' bike, which we got at a garage sale a month ago, was also stolen, from the same location (this time, they left the lock dangling from the bike rack).

This morning, I come into work, and I can't get into my new network account (they changed it all over last night... all my email, etc is tied to that account). I can still get into my old network account (hence being able to post here), but I can't do much else.

On the bright side, I was able to get webmessenger set up, so I now have Jabber & ICQ access. It's still pretty buggy (as the developers are the first to admit), and I'm going to have to try and hack it to fix some things (such as every contact on the list being displayed as "Online", rather than telling me who they *are*), but so far it seems pretty nifty. You can try to get through to me at my work ICQ# (if you have it :) )
