the bestest girl ever.`

<< Bush's domestic policy | Main | *larf* >>

I have the best girl ever... I came home early from work today to a little pile of presents...

Kirsten was out today, and bought me a new keyboard (a wireless ergo keyboard from Logitech with a wireless mouse too), which I've been desperately needing since we've had a liquid accident on the last two keyboards I've owned.

The other really cool thing she got me was one of those USB storage devices... it's a little 128MB hard drive small enough to fit on your keychain.... VERY cool. :)

I love my Kirsten.

Wow, that is pretty nifty. Lemme know how the USB thing works, I've been looking at them and wondering if it'd be useful or not.

It's pretty skookum. The transfer rate is nice and quick, and it allows you to password-protect the contents, so not just anyone can view what's on there.

It seems to install pretty seamlessly on win2k and winxp, but I had a hell of a time trying to get it to work on Win98, despite having a drivers CD.

Watch out for that wireless keyboard, they can be sniffed. So if you're doing work for the CIA, you're better off with a wired keyboard.

gee paranoia is fun!
