It took me a week to find this page, which explains how to upload a file to IIS through ASP without a freaking third-party component.

There's also a version for uploading into an Access database as well.

All I can say is thank the gods for Google and blind determination on my part that there was a non-commercial, non-component ASP upload script.

Wow, that's brutal... 100+ lines of ASP for something that's a 2 liner in PHP/Perl/etc.

No doubts, eh? I was shocked that something akin to move_uploaded_file($filename,$destination) didn't exist in ASP.
