I guess I can announce that the Iraqi people are free ... to loot stores, warehouses, and hospitals.

But surely you can't be whining about Iraqis killing other Iraqis.

oops! i guess Mr. Bush did indeed forget that those evil men that were overthrown actually policed the country. I wonder if he planned for that. probably not.
