This article asserts that the "up to date" intelligence given to the US by Britain regarding Iraq was, in fact, plagiarized from a graduate student's paper published 5 months ago. Even more worrisome - after being plagiarized, some words were changed to make things seem more insidious - for example, changing 'monitoring' to 'spying' and adding in 'terrorist' to add oomph.
