Yanno, they also came out with a 12" version. Tho why you'd want that is beyond me ;)

Keth, I'm sure that people who don't want to lug around a huge 17" notebook would like a 12" one. Hell, I wouldn't turn one down if it was given to me! I can see it being something that would come in handy for plane/bus/car hacking, but of course, the 17" certainly would be accepted as well :)

Yeah but the space you save carrying around a 12" laptop is abated by the magnifier screen you have to carry with it :)

Laptop size/weight hasn't every really bothered me... besides, if miny-me has no problems with a 17", surely us big people won't have a problem with it.
