things i haven't talked about

<< that's a monster I can deal with | Main | banned in the PRC! >>

A few things that have happened over the last few days that I haven't talked about.

1) Our illustrator at work has decided to leave the company at the end of December and go freelance. Great sadness ensues.

2) I met a privatized spook over the weekend. He works for Observer Group and scares the hell out of me. Hi John, if you're watching. :) He told Kirsten and I a few things we already knew, and some scary things we didn't know.

3) I've been for two adjustments with my chiropractor now. At my first appointment, I went through a bunch of tests and found out something I knew (that my neck was gibbled), and something I didn't know (that I carry twenty extra pounds on my right leg. It's normal to carry 0-1 extra pound).

Before he did any adjustments, I had to go for x-rays. My, what fun that was to sit around in a hospital gown and gaunch, waiting for non-lethal radiation to be sent through me repeatedly.

He's turning out to be a pretty nice guy. None of the adjustments have hurt, and I feel an improvement for about an hour afterwards. Then my posture starts reverting to normal and things bung themselves up a bit.

4) Kirsten's heading back to Abbotsford on Dec 18th, and I'm heading back on Dec 24th. We were going to spend our Christmas up here, doing sweet nothing all week, but Kirsten's mom used her Super Ukranian Guilt Rays and talked us into coming down. We're not there for long, but will be there for Christmas.

Glad to see the adjustments are helping! Though you'll have to start fixing your posture for the adjustments to fully work. Unfortunately chiropractors are not magic healers that fix things in one visit =). I have a screwy neck that locks up ( I get severe headaches from it ) and Jaroc adjusts it when need be...definitely helps!!!
