Ever wonder why the uptake on using W3C compliant code, such as CSS and valid HTML seems to be so slow?
Wonder no longer! Marko Karppinen has published his test of all the W3C members' compliancy to their own standards. It appears that only 4.6%, or 21 of the 454 members with websites, actually adhere to their own guidelines.
