K just got back from Future Shop, where she tried to replace the flash card for her MP3 player, which was still under warranty... They ended up giving her an RCA Kazoo and a $50 in-store credit, but apparently, she got into a clash with the manager there when he started trying to intimidate her and threatened to take the credit away.

This was, of course, after they had insisted there was no Future Shop in Abbotsford, BC (there is), and there was no way her Mom could have bought it for her there (she did, for Christmas).

So, aviod Future Shop in Edmonton -- it's not worth it. ;)
